Dwayne is the lead pastor for Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC the church he established in 2007. He is also director for Pastoral Care of the Acts 29 Network. In addition to pastoring Dwayne is a zealous advocate for equipping the next generation of biblical counselors. He is a member of the Biblical Counseling Coalition's Board. He is an author of several online pieces and is also a contributing writer in Christ-Centered biblical counseling Change lives through God's changeless truth (eds. Kelleman and Viars). Dwayne and his wife Leslie have three kids.
