Ashley Darby is American TV personality and singer. The singer gained fame after being named Miss District of Columbia in 2011 and has been a main cast member of The Real Housewives of Potomac from the beginning of the series beginning in January of the year 2016. Ashley Darby has a strong desire to be a successful entrepreneur, she is a lover of hospitality and holistic health. Ashley is a Maryland native who has an enviable personality. She has been raised with incredible determination. Ashley was the oldest in her family and began to hold multiple jobs as a child. Her mother was her support, who is single, and her two younger siblings. At the age of 18 she enrolled at to the University of Maryland, and was also a bartender to help maintain a stable financial situation for the family and herself. Ashley began bartending while she was attending her first Miss District of Columbia Pageant. In 2011, Ashley won the Miss District of Columbia Pageant crown. Ashley then met Michael Darby who was a millionaire Australian in the real estate industry. Michael was 29 years older than Ashley. Ashley learned about the world she'd never known existed. Ashley married Michael in the year 2018 and the couple became proud parents Dean Michael (born in 2019) and Dylan Matthew (2021). They spent 8 years apart, and then officially separated in 2022. Ashley is an accredited yoga instructor and is a firm believer in inner peace, as well as outer physicality. Ashley has had the most enjoyable time and still trying to strike a balance between work and love. Ashley's profession is television personality. In the beginning, she was bartender as her family had to earn cash. However, her love for the fashion industry and entertainment has been evident from the time she was a child. Then she entered the contest determinedly. Likewise she won the title, and was also crowned Miss District of Columbia in the year 2011. Followed by this she also was a participant in the Miss America pageant but even though she didn't get the title she could get a scholarship. Also, she was awarded an award called the John Curran Award, which is a non-finalist interview award.
